We ship to the U.S. for all products and offer free shipping in the U.S. on orders over $60.

Please be sure to check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

We ship to US addresses only at this time - lower 48 states + AK & HI. We hope to offer international shipping options in the future!

When will my order ship and what is the cost?

Shipping is free on all orders $60+ within all 50 US States!

Flat rate shipping cost of $4.85 for orders under $60

Same-day shipping Monday-Friday when ordering before 2:00 PM EST!

Orders with 2-day shipping placed by 12 PM EST Monday-Friday ship the same day; after 12 PM, they ship the next business day.

Our packages normally arrive within 3-5 business days. 

Hassle-Free Return Policy

Fragrance is certainly personal and we want you to find a scent you love! If a scent isn’t working for you, we are happy to offer a one time exchange or refund on any product purchased within the past 60 days - Love it or send it back! 

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Reach out to us at support@growfragrance.com using the same email address that was used to place your order.
  2. Please provide us with details about the item and the issue you're facing.
  3. We'll take care of the rest and make things right for you!

We'll provide you with a prepaid mailing address to return the items, and rest assured, there are no restocking or return fees involved!

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Process

We will email you a pre-paid return shipping label to send the products back to us.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll send an email notifying you that the exchange/refund is complete.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

As a small business, we appreciate items being returned to us!

Do You Offer Shipping to a Military APO/FPO/DPO Address?

Yes! Please follow these instructions to enter a military shipping address:

Address Formatting Instructions

To make sure your package gets to its destination, follow these instructions for entering a military address.

  1. Do not use special characters or punctuation (such as %, &, ', -, ?, !, etc.).
  2. For Army, Navy, and Marines: Enter Unit Number and Box Number in the "Address" field.
    For Ships: Enter Ship Name and Hull Number.
    For Air Force: Enter PSC Number and Box Number.
  3. In "Address Line 2," enter optional military command or organization name (e.g., USAG J or 2/566 Postal Co.).
  4. In the "City" field, enter APO or FPO.
  5. In the "State" field, select one of the following:
    AE – Armed Forces Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Canada
    AA – Armed Forces Americas
    AP – Armed Forces Pacific
  6. In the "ZIP Code" field, enter the 5-digit ZIP code for the military unit. It must start with a 0 or 9. Any other ZIP codes in combination with AE, AA or AP will result in delays or cancellation of your order. Your billing address ZIP code (or home address code) cannot be used in place of a military ZIP code.
  7. In the "Country" field, use the default choice of USA.
